The ArtTech Foundation and Forum
Science and technology in the service of our cultural and artistic heritage
Where is technological innovation heading in the arts? Are cultural institutions making the most of technology? How do start-ups invest in cultural and artistic heritage projects?
These and other questions inspired a group of academic researchers and business leaders to found ArtTech in 2017, aiming to establish a platform for exchange, meetings, and think tanks.
The Foundation seeks to preserve and enhance cultural heritage by stimulating reflection on the contributions of new technologies and supporting pioneering, disruptive and innovative projects at the crossroads of culture, art, technology and science - on an international level.
Activities of the ArtTech Foundation
In this environment, high-potential start-ups can grow. Activities of the Foundation include the annual international event Arttech Forum, which provides an opportunity for innovators, researchers and experts from all areas to come together for conferences, debates and workshops. During the Forum, the ArtTech Prize for the diversity of innovative projects in the field is promoted to young entrepreneurs by the Foundation.
